Celestial Gymnastics. Protective, cleansing, healing, and energizing. To be done before leaving home or when facing an obstacle.
Group Formation: Orderly lines facing forward, with sufficient space between people. They can either walk forward or pretend to walk in place, a static march.
Dynamics: Synchronized, firm, precise movements and voices in unison with energy.
🔁 Choreographic Block (Repeat 3 times continuously)
The first thing is to give yourself a shake, which is like taking off an imaginary bag of darkness around your body with your hands and throwing it far away, imagining that this withdrawn darkness falls into hell.
We imagine this:
If we do it barefoot, the benefits multiply because we are designed to connect with the ground to facilitate the expulsion and release of all evil. This is done three times, with the only difference being the step.
Step 1: The Cross
Action: Arms extended to the sides at a 180-degree angle, forming a cross with the body and legs together.
Cry: Come, Lord Jesus!
Step 2: Heaven
Action: Both arms straight upwards. Index fingers pointing towards heaven.
Cry: Jesus, rise up!
Step 3: Earth
Action: Both arms lower straight down towards the ground. Index fingers pointing downwards.
Cry: Jesus, fall down!
Step 4: The Right Side
Action: Both arms move together to the right, pointing in that direction.
Cry: Jesus, right!
Step 5: The Left Side
Action: Both arms cross together to the left, pointing in that direction.
Cry: Jesus, left!
Step 6: The Past / Rearguard
Action: Arms bent, index fingers pointing backward at ear level. Always looking straight ahead.
Cry: Jesus behind!
Step 7: The Future / Front
Action: Both arms extend straight forward, pointing ahead.
Cry: Jesus in front!
Step 8: The Inner Temple
Action: The first time, point to your chest. Then make a circle with your hands, encompassing yourself as you say "around." On the second round, point to your head and encompass yourself. The third time, point to your chest with one hand and to your head with the other. Make the circle around yourself. This is a physical exercise: the movement. A spiritual exercise: the invocation. A mental exercise: memory and coordination. And an emotional exercise: because it must be done vibrating to precipitate the presence of the Lord.
Cry: Jesus within!
Step 9: Protection
Action: Both hands draw a large circle in the air (or the shape of a heart) in front of the body.
Cry: Jesus surrounds us!
🏁 Closing the Third Round
Upon completing Step 9 for the third time, the group immediately assumes the posture from Step 1 (arms outstretched in a cross) and holds the final cry of "Come, Lord Jesus!" for 3 seconds, frozen in time for the end of the video.
Action: Arms extended 180 degrees to the sides. Palms facing forward.
Cry: Come, Lord Jesus!
On the third time, we finally assume the prayer position and say: So be it, and so it is! Amen and amen. END OF EXERCISE.
ONCE WE CAN DO IT IN A COORDINATED WAY WITHOUT THINKING, WE CAN ADD DOING IT BY ROTATING ON OUR OWN AXIS. WE DO THIS TO THE 4 CARDINAL POINTS.
