Obvio! el ego es la psicología de uno, ahí esta el “cansancio psicológico” si eso desaparece consecuentemente debe desaparecer el dolor… pensé. Y es una innegable verdad. Lo hice y efectivamente lo comprobé, lo he utilizado miles de veces para resucitar, cambiar las pilas, re-florecer de le nada, parece magia. “Matar el ego” es una técnica que aprendí de chico leyendo un libro de Enrique Barrios y le debo la vida, es la estrategia numero uno para ganarle al diablo en el 90 % del campo del juego, y lo logro simplemente repitiendo en serie “mato a mi ego” o “me olvido de mi”, o “miro el mundo sin mi también” o “solo queda la voluntad de Dios” “me disuelvo en Dios”, “mi felicidad es la felicidad de Dios” etc , también, me imagino que con una espada de luz me la inserto y muere mi ego. Con lo que me destaco Jesús no solo el cansancio físico desaparece sino que también el físico, porque después de todo el cuerpo es parte del ego y si me olvido completamente de mi y me elevo y me fusiono con mi yo superior, todo dolor desaparece, los gritos chillones del ego y sus inmuebles berrinches, quejas y peticiones no se escuchan mas, se esfuma uno esta anestesiado de ese dolor, lleno de luz de gracia de bendición, y ahí uno se rige estrictamente por razones. También cuando ellos me dan cachetazos emocionales por ejemplo cuando me sacan algún lugar infiltrándose en la seguridad por mi ropa o por lo que sea, hago esta bendita técnica y todo el dolor emocional desparece. Es una técnica de oro que me impide quejarme, porque no podrá mirar a Jesús a la cara quejándome cuando sabemos ambos que esta técnica, que parece magia, funciona y no se agota. Para ser transparente, aun asi, en 15 años me he vuelto a quejar, pero con otro tono y sabiendo que en poco me sumergiré nuevamente en la luz y adiós dolor. Pero un poco de las quejas de dolor del ego dejo florecer para que no se duerman allá arriba, pues “Dios al que mas da, mas lo poda”. Entonces un poco de piedad y equilibrio, y mesura para los asnos de Jesús soportando su delicioso peso sobre nosotros. Solo me permito alejarme de la luz solo un poco, para que la oscuridad no me tome, debo estar atento a permanecer al lado de la luz, viendo lo positivo de todo, y agradeciéndolo a Dios, así mantengo a raya a los que me quieren llenar de queja, dolor y sufrimiento, porque esta es una guerra psicológica con combates mentales. Y ahí esta la otra lección de oro. “Los que se me acercan yo les hago gustar la salvación” dice Dios en un salmo, es decir “Yo soy la luz, si tu te me acercas, naturalmente veras con claridad y sentirás con nitidez y tendrás luz y energía para luchar por tu salvación, con uñas y dientes, si te alejas, en la oscuridad no te importara nada.
